Gerry remained pretty silent about camp, leaving all the planning up to her. He did occasionally ask how things were going and if she needed him to do anything, but she told him she had it under control for now. As camp neared, Pam asked Gerry to dig out the camping gear, and gave him the list of what to get down from the attic in the garage. She checked the weather forecast for the area where the camp was located and made a list of clothing. She decided to throw a few extra blankets along, just in case as several comments in the forum were about some nights being pretty cool even if the days were warm.They would be leaving early Wednesday morning so Gerry left his pickup home for Pam to load up. Gerry loaded the grill, stand, propane tank and tent into the back of the truck, but left the rest of the gear for her. Pam had managed to accumulate four good sized boxes of food and other items for the food pantry. She had also purchased a number of items for the food court at camp. They had given her an idea of how much of various things they generally went through, so she was able to figure out how much of what to buy. She would make one more trip to the store to pick up a case of eggs and several large bags of ice.All they would have to do in the morning is load up the coolers with the steaks and other perishable food; the second cooler was already filled with pop, water, and beer, and just needed ice. An extra case each of water, pop and beer were also loaded in the back of the truck in case they went through what was in the cooler. Pam put the meat and other cold items in the empty cooler, then divided the ice between the two coolers. Gerry pulled the hardcover over it all as there was a slight possibility of rain along the way. They showed their IDs to a person at the gate who verified they were on the list and directed them to registration.They went through the registration process where the policies concerning photography and behavior were explained. A wrist band of either green or red was put on each person’s wrist indicating if they would allow the authorized camp photographers to shoot them or not. Lenses on phones had to be covered with a piece of tape, but the no pic rule was pretty much on the honor system. If you did get caught , even taking pics of yourself or a partner, it could get you licked out of camp. Pam opted for a green wrist band and Gerry took the red one. Pam had gone through the preliminary list of activities and highlighted the ones she was interested in attending. Pam already had the air mattress inflated and other stuff set up and stowed inside the tent, along with the tubs containing the tubs with their clothes and the snacks. The two coolers were in a shady spot next to the tent and the camp chairs and table were set up. Gerry picked a good spot for the grill and set it up while Pam was getting the blankets and pillows all arranged. Once they had that all finished, they ate the sandwiches Pam had made, then decided to take a walk around camp. Gerry noticed that Pam was wearing a collar like the one she had worn when she had a Mistress.He had known for a long time that she was submissive but he had not gotten as submersed into the lifestyle as much as she had been, even though he had tried for a while.
